Gail Eckhardt, Chair of the Department of Oncology at UT Austin’s Dell Medical School and the Director of the Livestrong Cancer Institutes, and Dr. Anna Capasso, Assistant Professor of Oncology at UT Austin, Dell Medical School, about their relationship as a mentor (an experienced and trusted advisor) and mentee (someone who is receiving counseling from a mentor).

This may also be inclusive of foreign nationals and families who have degrees outside of the United States. There are varying definitions, competing identities and sometimes familial demands.
