Jackson School of International Studies<\/a>\u00a0at the University of Washington. He is also a Non-Resident Fellow at the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/quincyinst.org\/\">Quincy Institute for Responsible Statecraft<\/a>, an Associate of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/alameda.institute\/network\/\">Alameda Institute<\/a>, and a Contributing Editor at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.jacobinmag.com\/\">Jacobin<\/a>. In 2019-2020, he served as a foreign policy advisor to\u00a0Bernie Sanders\u2019 presidential campaign.
