Dr. Mortensen received a B.Sc., M.Sc., and a Ph.D. in Political Science from Aarhus University. He is currently a professor for the Department of Political Science at Aarhus University. He supervises master theses within the following areas: public administration, public policy, party competition, and public budgeting.
