Abe Barranca is a Ph.D. student at the University of Texas at Austin’s Rapoport Center for Human Rights and Justice and a Survey Statistician and Federal Statistical Research Data Center Administrator at the U.S. Census Bureau. Before joining the doctoral program, he worked in the D.C. Department of Housing and Community Development’s Inclusionary Zoning program. Before that, he was a Policy Associate for The Committee for Hispanic Children and Families in New York City.
