He is a native of Vermont and served in the United States Navy before getting into Strength and Conditioning. From 2008-11 Coach Caulfield served as an assistant strength &amp; conditioning coach at Dartmouth College. In 2011, Coach Caulfield became the President of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) to 2019. From 2019-21 he was the Director of Strength and Conditioning at Colorado College. He earned a bachelor&#8217;s degree in physical education from Castleton University in 2000 and a master&#8217;s in sports coaching from the University of Denver in 2017.
