Arianna Luther left the warm Miami beach to join us in the chilly Austin weather for a great show just before Christmas break. Arianna Luther came to the University of Miami as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach in October of 2020. She serves as the strength and conditioning coach for the women\u2019s soccer, swimming and diving, and rowing programs. Luther joined the Hurricanes after one year at the University of Nevada, where she worked with track and field and men\u2019s tennis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Donnie Maib is the Head Coach for Athletic Performance for Olympic Sports since 2011.\u00a0 Maib oversees all aspects of athletic performance efforts for all sports at the University of Texas with the exception of Men\u2019s\/Women\u2019s Basketball and Football. He directly works with women\u2019s volleyball and men\u2019s tennis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He came to the University of Texas after four years at the University of Colorado at Boulder where he worked as an assistant with all varsity sports. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
From 1998-2007 Maib was an assistant coach at the University of Texas working primarily with football and various other Olympic sports \u2013 Women\u2019s Track & Field, Women\u2019s Golf, Men\u2019s Golf, Men\u2019s Tennis, Soccer, & Volleyball. In 2007 He was promoted to Associate Coach for Football. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Maib is certified by the Collegiate Strength & Conditioning Coaches Association. Coach Joseph Krawczyk joined the staff at The University of Texas in the fall of 2019. Currently he is assisting with Track and Field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Prior to working full time at Texas, Joe worked as a graduate intern at The University of Texas with Volleyball, Baseball, and Cheer. Joe previously served in the Marine Corps as a Platoon Commander from May 2015 to May 2018 with the Marine Corps Security Force Battalion in Bangor, WA conducting Nuclear Weapons Security. From April 2012 to May 2015, Joe served as both a Rifle and Heavy Machine Guns Platoon Commander with 1st Battalion 3rd Marines in Kaneohe Bay, HI. During that time he was deployed twice to Okinawa Japan as a part of the Marine Corps Unit Deployment program training with foreign services in Urban and Mountain tactics. Prior to her time in Reno, Nevada, Luther spent two years earning her Master\u2019s Degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sport Psychology from Texas Christian University. At TCU, she also was a Strength and Conditioning Graduate Assistant for the women\u2019s soccer, swimming and diving, and beach volleyball programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Before heading to TCU, Luther completed strength and conditioning internships with University of Central Florida, Montana State University, EXOS, and Lindenwood University working primarily with Olympic sports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Luther received her Bachelor\u2019s Degree from Lindenwood University in 2015, where she studied Exercise Science with a minor in Strength and Conditioning. She also was a collegiate gymnast during her time at Lindenwood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A native of Mokena, Illinois, Luther is SCCC, CSCS, USAW L1, and First Aid\/CPR certified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
