Wennie Wang is currently an assistant professor in the McKetta Department of Chemical Engineering in the University of Texas at Austin. She obtained her BS in Materials Science and Engineering from MIT followed by her PhD in Materials at the University of California Santa Barbara and a postdoctoral appointment at the University of Chicago. When not thinking about calculations, Wennie enjoys amateur gardening and pottery.
