She also chairs the university\u2019s Graduate Assembly Academic Committee, the President\u2019s Award for Global Learning steering committee, and the Truman Scholarship committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Weaver\u2019s research focuses on transparency in international development aid, reforming global economic governance, and the politics of data in the world economy. She has developed methods to track and dynamically geomap aid and climate adaptation, and writes about the shifting power, players and paradigms in governing the global economy. Her latest project, the\u00a0Global Indices Network (GIN), examines the interdependent power and pathologies of global indices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Weaver also co-directs (with\u00a0Drs. Mike Findley\u00a0and Rachel Wellhausen) Innovations for Peace and Development, an interdisciplinary research lab devoted to alleviating global poverty and peacebuilding.\u00a0IPD works with the World Bank, U.S. Agency for International Development, Development Gateway, the United Nations Peacebuilding Fund, and the United States Institute for Peace. She also works closely with the\u00a0Eleanor Crook Foundation,\u00a0and serves on the Board of Directors of Bread for the World.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Weaver is author of the multiple award-winning&nbsp;\u201cHypocrisy Trap: The World Bank and the Poverty of Reform\u201d&nbsp;(Princeton University Press), and numerous articles and book chapters in&nbsp;International Organization,&nbsp;Review of International Political Economy,&nbsp;Review of International Organizations,&nbsp;Cambridge University Press, and Oxford University Press, among others.
