Lydia Contreras is associate professor and holder of the Jim and Barbara Miller Endowed Faculty Fellowship in Chemical Engineering in the McKetta Department of Chemical Engineering. She is also Managing Director of Diversity in the Office of the Provost at the University of Texas at Austin.
