Mario Villarreal-Diaz is CEPA’s Managing Director and Senior Scholar. Mario joins CEPA from the University of Arizona where he was an Associate Professor at the Department of Political Economy and Moral Science and taught in the Philosophy, Politics, Economics, and Law undergraduate major.
