Jeanne Kowalski-Muegge

Jeanne Kowalski-Muegge, Ph.D., is a professor in the Department of Oncology in Dell Medical School, associate director of cancer clinical genomics and co-lead of quantitative oncology for the Livestrong Cancer Institutes.

Kowalski-Muegge oversees the clinical sequencing of patient tumors, which includes leading a research molecular tumor board to critically evaluate how molecular tumor profiles could be informatively interrogated in cancer public domain data. Her efforts are focused on building analysis workflows to improve the information exchange between tumor molecular profiles and drug compounds with clinical outcomes
