Dr. Binta Brown is Director of Diversity and Talent Management for the Financial and Administrative Services portfolio at The University of Texas at Austin. Her work centers on building sustainable, inclusive work environments for all. A focal point in this work is equitable organizational policy and practices that compel inclusive behavior in the workplace. She holds a doctoral degree in Leadership and Learning in Organizations from Vanderbilt University and a Masters in Community Counseling from Stephen F. Austin State University. Binta also earned a Bachelor’s in Business Management and Business Computer Information Systems from Midwestern State University.
