Dean Robert King is the Audre and Bernard Rapoport Regents Chair Emeritus of Jewish Studies and Distinguished Teaching Professor Emeritus at the University of Texas at Austin. His interests are in historical linguistics, DNA and the origins of spoken language, language and politics, and language and people issues.
