His work at the center focuses on media relations, historical research and writing, and curation projects such as the Jefferson Davis statue exhibit and producing the podcast <em>American Rhapsody<\/em>. \u00a0He is also pursuing a Ph.D. in History at the University of Texas at Austin that hones in on Texas during World War I. Previously he worked as a journalist and press secretary at the Texas state capitol.
